Salam what is the fatwa for above question i have stones in both kidnies alhamdoulelleha i have been fasting but my Dr. told me i have to drink water all the time please advise salam

Please, see a Muslim physician to discuss the medical aspect of your enquiry. If you can’t find one, see a non-Muslim physician and explain your condition to him. You may also get a second opinion.
As for the Islamic ruling, it is contingent upon what the physician will say. If it is harmful to fast, then you should not, and you should instead make up later when the condition resolves. If it was chronic, you will only need to feed one meal to one poor person per each day you break the fast.
You certainly can’t maintain your fasting while drinking water.
