Q: What can I do during the marriage contract?

Am a girl who just got her marriage contract… My husband asking me do sexual relation and he telling me there is no limit between the spouse at this time of Marriage contract but i dont feel comfortable doing those sexual relation with him, because my father told me not to do anything except kissing on face, and hugging, and touching hands. What can i do?

All praise be to Allah, and may His Blessings and Peace be on His Last Messenger,
You should listen to your father. If your husband wants to consummate the marriage, then he should talk to your father and proceed with that.
During this stage, you may not have intercourse with your husband, but if that happened, though an infraction and betrayal of trust, it is not considered zina because he is in fact your husband.
Allah knows best.

Q: Advice for stuttering

Assalonhaleikom, wa rahmattoellah, Wa barakkatoe Bismillahir rahamannirrahim, I would like to ask for some advice for someone that is stottering when talking to people. I never stotter in my prayers. But when I talk to people it’s very difficult for me. I would like to ask you for some advice cause it is very difficult for me in my life and to seek knowledge that way.

All praise be to Allah, and may His Blessings and Peace be on His Last Messenger,
Seek Allah’s help and make abundant du’a’ (supplication)
I prescribe for you the du’a’ of Musa (blessings and peace be upon him):
๏ูˆูŽุงุญู’ู„ูู„ู’ ุนูู‚ู’ุฏูŽุฉู‹ ู…ูู‘ู† ู„ูู‘ุณูŽุงู†ููŠ * ูŠูŽูู’ู‚ูŽู‡ููˆุง ู‚ูŽูˆู’ู„ููŠ๏›
“And remove the impediment from my speech, So they may understand what I say”
Be patient, for that is an affliction like many others, and this life is a place for trials. Allah rewards those who are patient without reckoning.
Don’t feel embarrassed, and be comfortable with who you are. Your worth in front of Allah and the believers is congruent with what you have in your heart and what you do. The forms and bodies are not what Allah considers in evaluating his servants.
Seek medical treatment (speech therapy) and try to practice a lot.
May Allah reward you and give you the cure you are looking for.

Q: Is there a cure for every disease?

Asalamu alaikum, I have been a type 1 diabetic for close to 15yrs who is dependant on insulin. I’ve been to somalia and tried many herbal remedies like camels milk, black seed, water that a sheik read quran on, and pure honey (malab saafi). I would like to know is there a cure because i read a hadith that says theres a cure for every disease except death.

All praise be to Allah, and may His Blessings and Peace be โ€Žon His Last Messenger, โ€Ž
Dear brother, โ€Ž
We ask Allah, the Great, Lord of the Great Throne to give โ€Žyou a cure that leaves no infirmity in your body.โ€Ž
Dear brother, there is a cure as the Messenger of Alalh โ€Žโ€Ž(blessings and peace be upon him) said, but it is the will of Allah โ€Žthat there should be disease and suffering in this life, for it is a โ€Žstation of trials and tests. That is why we may not find that cure. โ€Ž
In a report of at-Tabarani in al-Awsat, there is an addition โ€Žto the hadeeth, which reads, “โ€ฆwhether or not someone โ€Žknows itโ€ฆ” So, even though there will be a cure for every โ€Ždisease, we, as humans, may not be able to find it. We were โ€Žencouraged to do our best in seeking that cure, and there is โ€Žnothing beyond that.โ€Ž
Again, the Insulin that you take is a partial cure, because it โ€Žallows you to stay healthy and functional. A few decades ago, โ€Žthe diagnosis of diabetes was almost a slow death sentence. So, โ€Žpraise be to Allah who enabled man to find that “partial” cure. โ€Ž
You seem to have done your best, and I would advise you โ€Žto accept your condition and be consistent with your insulin โ€Žtherapy, and lead a healthy life style physically and spiritually, โ€Žand continue your du’a’ (supplication) for cure. If you do that โ€Žand put your trust in Allah, and show patience and resolve, you โ€Žwill start to feel much better inshallah. โ€Ž
Finally, don’t forget the reward of patience; Allah said,โ€Ž

The patient ones shall be paid their reward without reckoning as โ€ŽAllah said, and that is probably why the Prophet (blessings and โ€Žpeace be upon him) said, โ€Ž

Q: I Am a Fresh Imam How to Teach New Muslims?

I am a fresh Imam in the US. Yesterday an American man declared his conversion to Islam Alhamdulillah. He was addicted to alcohol and had a girlfriend and used to do a lot of haram stuff like that. I see that if I told him right now to stop everything haram he used to do at one shot he may reconsider his conversion to Islam. What is the best approach from the Islamic point of view in this case? Fi Aman Allah!Imam.

Alhamdu-li-llah wa as-Salatu wa as-Salamu ‘ala Rasool-il-llah,

Al-Bukhari reports from ‘Aisha, she said:
“The first part of the Quran to come down was a chapter from al-Mufassal, in which there was a reminder about the paradise and the hell fire, so when the people returned [to their lord] the verses pertaining to the lawful and unlawful were revealed and had it been that the first revelation was don’t drink wine, they would have said: we shall never forego wine, and had it been, don’t commit fornication, they would have said we shall never give up fornication.” In light of this hadeeth, I would recommend that you don’t overwhelm new Muslims early with details. If you review the hadeeth of the man who didn’t know how to pray and learn from it how the Prophet taught the beginners, you will find simplification for a beginner to be his way. You should also assign a certain knowledgeable person to mentor that new Muslim, something like a big brother or a big sister. That is likely to cause less confusion for him or her and to be consistent. That is better than multiple people teaching him different things that may be conflicting.
Now, that all doesn’t mean giving that new Muslim misinformation when he asks you. We have no authority to change the deen for any reason.
Allah says,
“But say not - for any false thing that your tongues may put forth,- “This is lawful, and this is forbidden,” so as to ascribe false things to Allah. For those who ascribe false things to Allah, will never prosper.” [Q 16:116]
The sins you mentioned are enormities in Islam and should be given priorities, still with wisdom because he may need the help of a physician for instance to stop his addictions.
So, work to enhance their iman, and tell the truth, but it doesn’t have to be all told at once. Graduality is important.

Allah knows best.
